We are looking for a Director of E-commerce to lead our direct-to-consumer sales efforts of our owned brands through online marketplace selling. In this position, you would provide the strategic direction and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to drive brand and product development that supports the company’s sales goals for this business.
What does the role entail?

Top Line Sales: Oversee business income, driving sales to meet or exceed budgeted revenue

Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to drive sales to the company’s product listings across platforms
-
Pricing: Determine the optimal pricing – list and promotional
-
Advertising: Maximize product sales through digital advertising campaigns, creating and optimizing with best practices across platforms
-
Collaboration: Work with Design, PD, Sourcing, and Marketing for complete development of products to sell online

Oversight of Online Store: Oversee the design, content, and performance of the company’s online storefronts

Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, taking quick action on
learnings -
P&L Management: Manage budgets and resources for E-commerce initiatives to attain profitability goals

Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
-
Market Intelligence & Benchmarking: Stay up to date with competitive offerings – products, pricing, promotions, etc.

Reporting: Provide analysis on the overall business: sales, marketing, inventory, reviews, etc.

Agency Management: Manage outside agency relationships – identifying best companies to achieve goals across the DTC business

Social Media: Leverage social media platforms for selling and marketing
About You:
As a strategic thinker, you can translate trend, pricing, and advertising into actionable sales strategies. You appreciate collaborative teamwork and sharing of information, experience, and learning.
Strong organization skills and attention to details enables you to multitask while keeping the process moving. Your motivation shines with the combination of your tenacious problem-solving skills and sense of urgency. You love to work in groups of people who are passionate toward a common goal.
We’d like to see:

7+ years of experience in E-commerce and marketplace selling, team management, and apparel
product knowledge -
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, E-commerce, or a related field

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Tech savvy – must understand E-commerce technologies and platforms

Strong verbal and written communication skills – must be able to communicate in a positive and
professional manner with staff, vendors and clients -
Ability to work and communicate effectively with different cultures

Collaborative with cross functional departments and external partners

Strong detail orientation, organization and problem solving skills

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel skills a must)

Ability to establish internal and external relationships and build consensus (in person and over the

We are looking for a Merchandising Coordinator to support the sales and marketing team in delivering customer requirements and activities related to timely execution of projects and new product launches. In this position, you would work collaboratively with teams across the organization to support product strategies that promote the company’s growth.
What does an average day look like? You will:

coordinate with Product Development to evaluate/measure samples and for live fit model evaluations
-
monitor consumer reviews and identify opportunities for product improvement
-
gathering market intelligence
-
take photos of samples and upload them to product management systems
-
track product and fabric samples
-
work in retailer specific software
-
work with sales data analysis and reporting
-
assemble sales kits for current and prospective customers
-
support new customer onboarding
About you:
As a self-starter, you can work independently, but you really enjoy collaborating and sharing projects, knowledge, and experience. Strong organizational skills, business acumen, and attention to detail enable you to multitask and manage change with ease and accuracy. We’d like to see:

relevant Bachelor’s degree required

1-3 years of work experience in a product development or retail environment preferred

experience in the sock / apparel industry a plus
