Responsible Sourcing

At Interloop North America we have a multi-level approach to pre-screen factories and mills before we source products from them. Every new and existing supplier must meet our standards and requirements for business, quality, legal, environmental, and social standards. Our Quality & Compliance program includes factory audits, certification, product testing and inspection. We have strict product specifications including raw materials and sample submissions.

The ILNA Environment Team adopted a green office policy to continue to make our office more eco-friendly and educate our people on e-waste recycling and other sustainability actions. Externally, we have made it a focus to volunteer in the community and identify local advocacy initiatives.

An employee donation matching policy and giving platform partnership were created by the ILNA Giving Team. We strive to continually add to our corporate-giving charity list and generate excitement about company matching, product donations (over 100k pairs of socks to date!), and giving back to our local communities.

The ILNA Volunteer Team identifies charitable opportunities and coordinates volunteering activities for colleagues. We aim to exceed volunteer hours year over year and increase community involvement. We have baked and packed goodie bags for local rescue missions, facilitated the delivery of fruit to food insecure students, and sent letters to the troops.
